Our personal message:

Joan and I are joining the walkers on Sunday 4th October 2009 for a tour around the walls of York.  Very little training has been done, since taking the air in the Blue Mountains of Australia, back in 2005 but we hope to make it in memory of Helen and to raise much needed funds for research into Leukaemia.
