About my charity : The Prostate Cancer Charity The Prostate Cancer Charity
In the UK: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. 35,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year. One man dies every hour of prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is the UK’s leading charity working with people affected by prostate cancer. We fund research, provide support and information, and we campaign to improve the lives of men with prostate cancer. We provide the only UK-wide prostate cancer Helpline staffed by prostate cancer specialist nurses. Our nurses offer free and confidential information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer. The Prostate Cancer Charity is working towards a world where lives are no longer limited by prostate cancer. The Charity is fighting prostate cancer on every front - through research, support, information and campaigning.

My personal message:

Ha Ha, Ive done it, what an experience it was, great day (in the sun!!!). Ran the course in 4hrs 18mins and 56 seconds, and have the sun burn to prove it!!! Many thanks to those who have sponsored me, but its not too late  if you havent.

Please dig deep and help raise money for prostate cancer, as you know by being on this site, Ive done this in memory of my uncle who died last year from prostate cancer, which is a very treatable form of cancer if you catch it in time!!
