I am doing the London Triathlon for the third time at the Olympic distance, and fund raising for Leukaemia Research for the second time. This is because I know of people who are still dying of these diseases for which more research is needed. I want to help!.I would like to both beat my previous race times and fundraising targets. Please help me to do this.

The event was last Sunday and I can now update you all on my race. It surpassed my wildest hopes for breaking my previous time for the London Triathlon. Last time it took me 3 hours 11 minutes, this time 2 hours 44 minutes. I am thrilled to bits!. It was very hot but I enjoyed the race. Support from family and friends helped me during the run and I was so excited to finish in the time above.
