| Your online fundraising
page: easy, fun and SAFE An
online fundraising page is the easiest way to collect
your sponsorship: people can sponsor you online by using
a debit or credit card. If you have friends or family
far away, in the UK or even overseas, they can sponsor
you directly. What's more, the money goes directly to
Leukaemia Research, so you never carry the money. You
don't even have to count it, as the page does it for
you! To see a sample page, click

If you are going to use this service,
we suggest you show this page to a parent or teacher
so that they know what you are doing. To print this

This is how easy it is to create
your page:
1. First you fill your name, address
and email address, and choose a password. This creates
your account on the site, which you access to change
your page whenever you want. The Leukaemia Research
Fund automatically knows that you have created a page,
and how much you have raised, so you don't need to contact
them.
2. Then the fun begins: you create
your page by filling in the parts highlighted in yellow
- a web address, a title, a message, a photograph, a
fundraising target and a thank-you message for your
donors. You can also choose to receive an email alert
each time someone donates to your page. Once you are
happy with the way your page looks, you email it to
all your friends and contacts and watch your total grow!
3. Visitors
to your page cannot see your email address, which means
that you will not be contacted by strangers.
To be extra safe, please do not include your home or
email address on your page, or the details of your school.
